Speed/Explosive Training with Edwin Campbell
Acceleration mechanics and explosive movements will be covered
Weeks 1-2
- Teaching beginning and advanced Acceleration Mechanics
Weeks 2-4
- Application of Acceleration with base stealing and getting out the battery box
- 5-6 60 yard testing training
