2025 Weekend Recovery Yoga will consist of 9 total sessions (1 session / month)- FREE and open to the public. We are excited to offer this to players this year, and for them to experience the incredible impacts yoga can make on the recovery process after a long weekend of competition, as well as introduce them to advanced movement patterns and positions to impact their overall athletic performance. We are supremely fortunate to have Kate Rosenfeld so invested in the players that attend these sessions, and provide such close attention to detail in their learning.
