Hitting groups are one hour sessions where 5 players get batting practice from a Pease Baseball Professional coach. These batting practice sessions are a non-instructional format, and are purely about getting repetitions off of a live throwing arm. We have upgraded the sessions by implementing Trackman into our hitting groups for all sessions. Trackman is a technology that tracks every swing made, and the outcome which is displayed on a TV directly adjacent to the hitting cage, and will be shared with the hitter via their own Trackman portal page. Every hitter will be given access to their portal page, and own the data from their sessions. This will help hitters and coaches track progress over time, as well as assist in exposure to collegiate and professional sports.
