Next program to commence 1/28/2024 – 2/18/2024

We had 60 players compete in our live at bats program in 2023 in preparation of Spring season.

Format:

1 hour / 7 total players

• 3 hitters ($65 per hitter to attend)
• 2 pitchers ($65 per pitcher to attend)
• 2 catchers

Two pitchers alternate within the hour time frame similar to a baseball game / inning format. 3 inning cap or 45 pitches total, whichever comes first. No more than 15 pitches in any given inning. Exceeding these regulations comes at the discretion of the coaching staff. Less pitches or innings may be permitted should we determine pitcher has met his limit sooner, in which we will improvise ab’s. We strongly permit and bide by pitcher’s arm health, and run program accordingly.

Three hitter lineup. An hour setting provides roughly 6-8 AB’s, similar to a double header, just way more efficient. Ab’s are considered BB’s, K’s, H’s. If HBP player has option to start AB over.

Each pitcher is assigned his own catcher, as this helps the innings run more smoothly.

Results of play are decided by coaching staff / assisted by Trackman. Live AB strike zone will be assisted by Trackman.
