“I grew up in a membership model like this in Baltimore, MD, and it made a massive impact on my life and my development as a player which ultimately led to a D1 collegiate scholarship, 6+ years of professional baseball, and a unforgettable life experience. I wouldn’t have been able to make it as far in baseball without the guidance and presence of my mentor coach, the professional staff, a facility to call home, and the ability to train daily. Seeing other players with the same ambition really helped drive my passion as well and that sense of community and culture resonated with me for life. Pease Baseball Professionals offers exclusive access to a state-of-the-art training facility designed for serious athletes looking to elevate their game. Our members benefit from a high-performance environment with advanced training tools used by top players at all levels.

PBP Rentals & Usage Policies
Facility Rentals – PBP reserves the right to rent the facility to teams during non-operational hours.
Member-Only Facility – Tunnel time, members area, and instructors area are not available for rent to non-members during operational hours.
Summer & Winter Break Memberships – Available only to graduated high school seniors and collegiate athletes.
Restricted Areas – Two 70′ cages with pitching mounds on the far right side are reserved for private instruction & PBP programs. Accessible to members only when not in use by instructors.
New Programs & Technology – Members receive discounted access to new tools, programs, or tech added within their contract year.
Flex Lane Usage – PBP Strength & Performance Director Colby Maun has the right to share the flex lane with members.
Non-members may participate in strength, conditioning, speed, agility, and arm care programs under his supervision.
Guest Passes – Members may bring a guest for $25 per visit. Guests must be accompanied by a current member.
Non-Member Catchers – Pitchers may bring a non-member catcher for bullpen sessions. Catchers may not use the facility beyond catching unless they purchase a guest pass.
Supervision Policy – Players 13+ may use the facility unsupervised, even if no instructors are present.
Players under 13 must have an adult present or confirm an adult is on-site before being dropped off.
Facility Rules & Culture
Community & Efficiency – Members share space, work together, and practice productively.
Supportive Environment – Fosters teamwork, peer connections, and a love for baseball.
Flexible Training – Multiple activity options
Unlimited Access – Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year for training.
Facility Equipment & Training Policies
Hack Attack Juniors – Available daily.
Pitching Machines – 10 swings per round if there’s a line; unlimited use if no one is waiting.
Parental Assistance – Parents may assist with practice (catch, throw BP, feed machines).
Playing Catch – Parents can assist if no members are available, but member-to-member play is encouraged.
Trackman – Members may schedule with Dustin Pease for periodic check-ins, or request training to use at their convenience. Members may also be trained on Trackman setup, and use at their own convenience to log sessions, grab video media, and share via social media or emails with recruiters.
Lessons – No required minimum; members get 21% off private lesson sessions.
Weight Room – Open during operational hours; members share space with Colby Maun if present.

Cancellation Policy & Breach of Contract
- 12-Month Contract – Early cancellation results in:
- $300 penalty fee (same for single or family plan).
- 12-month waiting period before reapplying for membership.
- Reapplication – Eligible after 12 months post-cancellation.
- Injury Exception – Membership can be frozen with a doctor’s proof until recovery.
- Relocation Exception – Applies if moving out of state or 50+ miles from Pease Baseball.
