What is PBP Membership?

Membership gives our players a place to train every day.

Unlimited usage / access to our training facility.
365 days a year.

This is the daily training home for players serious about their development.

Members come in to hit, throw, lift, train, and improve on their own schedule.

Who Membership Is Built For?

Players ages 8–18 who are serious about improving. Players of all skill backgrounds are welcomed in our community if they are passionate about developing!

Most of our members are:

• Travel ball players
• High school players
• Players working toward college baseball

They come here because they want a consistent place to train and a community that pushes development forward.

The Training Environment

Members have access to a professional training space including:

• Multiple hitting tunnels
• Pitching lanes and mounds
• Pro-grade pitching machines
• Radar (Stalker Rigs) & performance tracking tools (Trackman)
• Strength & training equipment

Everything is designed for players to come in, work, and improve.

The Culture Matters

PBP membership is intentionally limited.

We keep the membership base tight so players always have space to train and access to equipment.

Our members share the same mindset. They show up to work and push each other to improve.

That environment is what makes the development here special.

Memberships are limited to 100 members. If you have interest in becoming a member, please complete the membership interest form at the bottom of the page to start your process.

Membership Structure

PBP memberships are offered on an annual basis only. We do not offer monthly, seasonal, or tiered memberships. SINCE our memberships are limited, our goal is to build a committed training environment where players and coaches are invested in development year-round.

Membership is intentionally structured this way to support consistent development and a committed training community.

High School Seniors

High school seniors may join without committing to a full 12-month term. Senior memberships automatically conclude on June 1 of their graduation year.

Example: If a senior joins in August, their membership will run from August through June 1. In full payments are still pro rated and adjusted for discount accordingly.

Player Evaluation
Our coaching staff regularly evaluate player development and provide honest feedback regarding progress and future opportunities.

Documented Development
Training sessions, skill progression, and competitive environments may be documented to reflect each player’s growth and work ethic.

Recruiting Awareness
Through our coaching staff, alumni network, and ongoing program communication, players gain meaningful recruiting visibility with college programs.

I grew up in a membership model exactly like this in Baltimore, MD. which had a huge impact on my development as a player, leading to a D1 scholarship, 6+ years of professional baseball, and unforgettable experiences. I wouldn’t have made it without my mentor coach, the professional staff, and the ability to train daily in a supportive environment. The sense of community and culture fueled my passion and stuck with me for life. I’m proud to bring this opportunity to the next generation of players.
