Edwin Campbell
Speed and Agility
Edwin has been coaching and training professionally since 2008 in the DC metro area. He loves to design challenging workouts and help better the lives of the clients he works with. Edwin’s main focus is teaching fundamentals and proper technique in order to prevent injuries.
Josh Conway
Pitching, Trackman Analyst
Conway has both coached and played baseball at the professional and collegiate levels. Most recently he held roles as Pitching Coach and Development Coach for the Baltimore Orioles organization (2022 #1 Minor League System ranked by MLB) where he was responsible for pitch design and player planning using advanced data analysis, including Trackman and Edgertronic, for AA Bowie (2022, 2019) and High A Aberdeen (2020-2021).
Zafir Drain
Recovery and Treatment, Massage Therapist
Zafir is a dedicated massage therapist, MT who specializes in a variety of techniques to help his clients achieve greater health and well-being. With extensive training in Frederick Stretch Therapy, sports massage, cupping, Graston technique and deep tissue massage.
Evan Englebrook
Pitching, Hitting, Fielding
Evan Englebrook, a Mechanicsburg, PA native, began his baseball journey at Shippensburg University, where he earned First Team All-American honors in his senior year. This was soon followed by his selection in the 8th round of the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft by the Houston Astros.
Amy Goldsmith
Licensed Dietitian, Sports Nutrition
Amy Goldsmith founded Kindred Nutrition in 2010. She became a dietitian in 1999 and although she has worked with many realms of Medical Nutrition Therapy, specializes in Eating Disorders, Sports Nutrition, and Practice Management.
Ivor Hodgson
PBP Co-Founder, Pitching, Hitting, Fielding
Ivor was drafted as a pitcher by the Kansas City Royals in the 17th round. He played five years for the Kansas City Royals organization, achieving Player of the Month recognition as well as being a Top 60 Prospect within the organization. Ivor reached as high as Advanced A baseball in Wilmington, Delaware.
Colby Maun
Director of Performance, Proteus Motion
Colby Maun joins Pease Baseball Professionals as the Director of Performance comes after interning at Cressey Sports Performance in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and completing his degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Wilson College. During his internship at CSP-FL he worked with athletes of various skill levels from youth to professional.

Chris was heavily recruited and played 2 years at Florida Atlantic University (2016-2018) where I pitched in both the Conference USA Championship and NCAA Gainesville Regional.

Brady Policelli
Catching, Hitting
Brady has now joined us full time after retiring from professional baseball. Currently his 4th year instructing at PBP. Brady’s hard work and talent have developed tremendously during his time as a player from high school, college and to the professional ranks.
Kate Rosenfeld
Yoga Director
Kate completed her 200+ hour teacher training with MAKA Movement based Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and has been a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance for more than a decade. She has taught at gyms in the Baltimore metro area, created the popular ‘Yoga at the Zoo’ series at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, and has trained countless private clients across the region.
Scott Thomson
Camp Director, College Advising, Pitching, Hitting, Fielding
Scott Thomson is a fixture in the baseball community in the state of Maryland. He began is coaching career as an assistant coach at Western Maryland College from 1992-1997. In the fall of 1998 Scott took the Head Coach position at Mount St. Mary’s University where he was the Head Coach for 23 years. While at the Mount he was the Northeast Conference Coach of the year in 2007.
