My son (14) has been seeing Brady for catching for over a year now. He does a great job of identifying fundamentals/skills to be worked on and keeps track session to session to build on those skills in a cohesive manner -- while also being flexible enough to shift focus when team practices or games reveal weak points that my son wants to work on. On top of this, his enthusiasm for coaching is undeniable. Behind every critique is a sense that he knows you can do it and he's just pointing the way. He finds positives in every set and really tries to work on the mental aspect of baseball with his kids. We could not be happier with Brady and are grateful that he was recommended to us.

My son has a tendency to get a little wild. He started working with Ivor to work on mechanics and getting more consistent. Cannot say enough great things about Ivor. Every week you can see the that gradual improvement. Ivor is always super upbeat and gets the most out of him every session. He really enjoys working with Ivor. He is really fantastic.

We have been beyond fortunate to work with Brady for about a year now and Colby since September.

Brady’s ability to connect with my son and make lessons fun and productive all at the same time have taken his batting to the next level. My son looks forward to his weekly sessions with Brady and has improved so much as a player in their time together.

Much like Brady, Colby has a great ability to make the training sessions fun but stay on task at the same time. In the past 5 months his approach with my son has provided huge strides in his strength and overall fitness by using a well rounded and purposeful approach to all his designed workouts.

Ivor Hodgson has been my son's hitting instructor for only the past couple of months but we've seen tremendous improvements already with regards to his power, balance, mechanics and confidence. There is certainly a lot further to go but Ivor does a great job with my son and he looks forward to attending every session. I am a coach on his baseball team and I can tell he is really focused on applying the strategies and techniques he is learning from Ivor. Great instructor and great facility.

Brady has worked with our son, Braden for the last 2 years. He is an amazing coach and takes the time to learn what makes the kids respond well. His knowledge is unmatched and my son and him have formed such a special relationship. We can’t imagine not having Brady as a coach and a mentor for Braden. The Pease staff has been such a great addition to our baseball family.

My son (2027) has been seeing Ivor Hodgson at Pease for one on one training for a customized batting program. Ivor is fantastic. I am seeing great strides in my son's improvement and Ivor has a gift for reaching teenagers and being able to teach and explain abstract concepts. We've seen quite a few training programs and they are not all created equal (Capt Obvious here), and this is money well spent. Not to mention the facility is pretty awesome too. I strongly recommend Ivor as well as Pease Baseball. My only regret is the facility isn't closer so we could join as members. We travel an hour each way to see Ivor FWIW.

Scott Thomson has been my son’s hitting coach for over a year now. We’ve seen drastic improvements both in power and mechanics. By no means is my son the biggest player on the team, however, he lead his 12U team last year in HRs!

Scott is the best! Very knowledgeable and great with kids. My son looks forward to every session and I’ve seen so much improvement in his swing.

My son takes pitching lessons with Dustin and I’m beyond impressed with his experience! Dustin is incredibly knowledgeable, offering personalized feedback that was easy to understand and apply. Dustin breaks down each step of the pitching process- body mechanics, grip, and follow through- into manageable segments, which really helped my son improve his technique. The sessions are hands on, with plenty of practice time, and Dustin is always encouraging and supportive. We have seen a noticeable improvement in my son’s velocity and accuracy! These lessons are worth the time and funds (we drive an hour each way for these lessons, and as long as Dustin will have us, we will always make that drive) Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic in every aspect; the facilities, the instructors and the atmosphere. This is serious baseball done correctly by Gentlemen who have experience this sport at the highest levels. Your athlete will benefit immensely.

My only regret is: I didn't get my son in front of Coach Pease about a year earlier than I did. There is no better (left handed) pitching coach around.

I saw a young man who was all over the map when he went to see Coach Pease. When they were done together, this young man was tapped by one of the finest baseball programs in the South - purely on video shots. I am no less than thrilled that Dustin's organization has exploded as it has - for reason!

The entire team at Pease is top notch. Our son had significant ongoing arm pain and multiple drs/tests didn't find anything. Months of PT did little. He started strength work and Return to Throw with Colby and we knew right away he was in the right place. Colby is extremely knowledgeable and engaged and goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcome for players. He helped our son get stronger & identified an adjustment to his throwing mechanics that reduced pressure on his elbow. He spent his own time communicating directly with our sons PTs, dr. and coaches, ensuring everyone was on the same page regarding his rehab. His road to recovery completely opened up with Colby and he's now healthy and more confident about his arm health. Colby genuinely cares about players and the local baseball community is so fortunate to have him as a resource.

Dustin just attended our little league event for Winfield baseball. A coaches clinic. Tons of great feedback from many coaches. Dustin has a ton of knowledge and is a great guy!

All of the coaches at PBP are absolutely amazing. I started training with Colby a little over a year ago and have seen nothing but positive results. PBP has been a great investment for my son. The membership (which is priced very well) has been worth every penny. My son goes 4-6 times a week. The handful of lessons he’s taken have been fantastic. Ivor and Dustin have used their knowledge and available technology to identify points of weakness/emphasis. Colby has provided a well rounded workout program as well. I would recommend PBP to anyone looking to improve their skills and/or stay sharp for the upcoming season.

My son started at Pease this fall with private coaching from Brady and then became a member shortly after. It has been the best decision we ever made! He uses the facility almost everyday and has found an incredible community of fellow baseball players and coaches who are friendly and supportive! I have been working out at PBP with Colby for about a month now and I love the facility and the community. My high school team has been working with Pease Baseball for the past three off seasons. This year we got into the new facility and what a GAME CHANGER!!! We picked out a 10 day schedule/subscription over the course of 2 months and were able to get everything done. We had pitchers throwing flat grounds and progressing into full bullpens (two lanes with pitchers mounds) while the position players split up into 5 different cages to utilize tee work, front toss, two groups off pitching machines and one coach throwing live. If you are looking for a place to get individual coaching, this is your place. If you are looking to bring your entire team…THIS IS YOUR PLACE! SJCP will work out here year after year. Dustin and Ivor are two of the best in the business!

Colby is a very hands on coach that has tons of knowledge. He helped me during tommy john rehab both as a throwing partner and a strength coach. He answered all my questions in a detailed and professional manner and is a great personality to be around. High recommend training with Colby because he also has tons of experience with high level athletes.

Over the years my son has benefited from a multitude of lessons at Pease Baseball Professional. From batting to long toss, and of course pitching.

Now a 15-year-old sophomore, he is taking pitching lessons with Coach Josh Conway.

More than just pitching, Josh emphasizes specific warmups and stretches tailored to the individual based on a thorough initial evaluation.

This ensures that the lessons focus on specific areas of development. The lessons end with stretches to help prevent injuries in post-game situations.

I’m amazed at what goes into pitching, and Josh brings a level of coaching that I believe professional ball players have access to.

Pease Baseball Professionals offers regular hitting sessions, which my 12 and 14 year old sons have both benefited greatly from. Josh Conway is a terrific teacher and mentor. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator who takes interest not just in my son’s learning, but also his growth as a person.

Fantastic facility! Very well kept and organized. It has everything you need to get quality reps in for any age group. Not just hitting and pitching, plenty of space for fielding work, and even a section for strength training and arm care, etc.
