The entire team at Pease is top notch. Our son had significant ongoing arm pain and multiple drs/tests didn't find anything. Months of PT did little. He started strength work and Return to Throw with Colby and we knew right away he was in the right place. Colby is extremely knowledgeable and engaged and goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcome for players. He helped our son get stronger & identified an adjustment to his throwing mechanics that reduced pressure on his elbow. He spent his own time communicating directly with our sons PTs, dr. and coaches, ensuring everyone was on the same page regarding his rehab. His road to recovery completely opened up with Colby and he's now healthy and more confident about his arm health. Colby genuinely cares about players and the local baseball community is so fortunate to have him as a resource.

PBP has been a great investment for my son. The membership (which is priced very well) has been worth every penny. My son goes 4-6 times a week. The handful of lessons he’s taken have been fantastic. Ivor and Dustin have used their knowledge and available technology to identify points of weakness/emphasis. Colby has provided a well rounded workout program as well. I would recommend PBP to anyone looking to improve their skills and/or stay sharp for the upcoming season.

My son started at Pease this fall with private coaching from Brady and then became a member shortly after. It has been the best decision we ever made! He uses the facility almost everyday and has found an incredible community of fellow baseball players and coaches who are friendly and supportive! I have been working out at PBP with Colby for about a month now and I love the facility and the community. My high school team has been working with Pease Baseball for the past three off seasons. This year we got into the new facility and what a GAME CHANGER!!! We picked out a 10 day schedule/subscription over the course of 2 months and were able to get everything done. We had pitchers throwing flat grounds and progressing into full bullpens (two lanes with pitchers mounds) while the position players split up into 5 different cages to utilize tee work, front toss, two groups off pitching machines and one coach throwing live. If you are looking for a place to get individual coaching, this is your place. If you are looking to bring your entire team…THIS IS YOUR PLACE! SJCP will work out here year after year. Dustin and Ivor are two of the best in the business!

Colby is a very hands on coach that has tons of knowledge. He helped me during tommy john rehab both as a throwing partner and a strength coach. He answered all my questions in a detailed and professional manner and is a great personality to be around. High recommend training with Colby because he also has tons of experience with high level athletes.

Over the years my son has benefited from a multitude of lessons at Pease Baseball Professional. From batting to long toss, and of course pitching.Now a 15-year-old sophomore, he is taking pitching lessons with Coach Josh Conway.More than just pitching, Josh emphasizes specific warmups and stretches tailored to the individual based on a thorough initial evaluation.This ensures that the lessons focus on specific areas of development. The lessons end with stretches to help prevent injuries in post-game situations.I’m amazed at what goes into pitching, and Josh brings a level of coaching that I believe professional ball players have access to.It goes without saying that my son has already benefited tremendously from his lesson with Coach Josh and I would recommend anyone thinking about taking their pitching to the next level to contact Josh!

Pease Baseball Professionals offers regular hitting sessions, which my 12 and 14 year old sons have both benefited greatly from. I have seen a big improvement in their hitting since they joined Pease Baseball's hitting program, and their confidence and skills will only continue to grow because of what Pease has to offer.

Josh Conway is a terrific teacher and mentor. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator who takes interest not just in my son’s learning, but also his growth as a person.

Fantastic facility! Very well kept and organized. It has everything you need to get quality reps in for any age group. Not just hitting and pitching, plenty of space for fielding work, and even a section for strength training and arm care, etc.

My experience with Colby was great. Not only was he knowledgeable, but understood how to connect with the athletes on a personal level as well. As a youth baseball coach and father of a pitcher, I've worked with many pitching coaches. I can say, without a doubt, that Dustin is the best I've encountered. He doesn't sugarcoat. He is very specific with feedback and follows through to make sure the player understands it and learns from it. He brings great energy and fun to his sessions. I can tell my 15-year-old likes talking to him. Dustin is definitely a mentor. In addition to the mechanical stuff, Dustin also focuses on the mental side of pitching -- not just outsmarting hitters but how to deal with failure and calm the mind/body. His facility is gorgeous. Dustin represents everything that is good about youth baseball.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Pease Baseball Professionals.My son is a catcher and has been taking hitting lesson from Dustin for 3+ years. Dustin not only helped Nick develop his swing, but consistently gives feedback and support throughout the recruiting process. We recently became members which has been great for Nick. He is able to go hit, lift and catch all in one place with flexible time options.Nick had to have an internal brace repair on his elbow during his junior year. Dustin was a crucial part of his recovery. Nick also worked with PT Alex Gett who has offered expertise in the recovery and arm care process. They both have been positive, influential role models beyond a coach or PT role. We are grateful for finding Pease Professionals!

We love Pease Baseball Professionals. My son has been working with Ivor for almost a year now. Ivor has great energy and really knows how to connect with the kids he coaches. One of the things that I love is that really teach the kids the mechanics behind baseball. Everything is calculated, it’s more than just swinging a bat and hitting a ball. That is so important and once my son started learning that he started to really improve on the field. Ivor also questions him, “why did the ball go that way”, “how did that feel different”, so that he knows my son is really understanding what is happening. We are so happy with our sons improvement, that we have also signed our 8 year old daughter up for instruction too. We feel she will benefit from not only learning the mechanics, but also get a confidence boost working with Ivor.

Our 14 year old son has been taking pitching lessons with Coach Ivor Hodgson at Pease Baseball Professionals for the last year. It is safe to say that Ivor has taken him to the next level of pitching, improving his mechanics, working on recovery and the mental aspect of the game. The results were absolutely clear In just a few months of off-season lessons. Coach Ivor has addressed and corrected any issues relating to his fundamentals and did it in a fun way that my son really enjoys. Right now, we are focusing on situational baseball, adding new secondary pitches, pitch selection depending on the count, working with the catcher on disrupting the base running and the overall mental aspect of the game and my son EATS–IT- UP!As a parent I really appreciate that coach Ivor asks my son about his week, how he did in games, and will work with him on things he’d like to focus on. I know my son looks forward to telling him every time we see him. There is not one time we walked away from a lesson without having learned something new!

My 11 yr old has been working with Coach Thomson on pitching and hitting instruction for the past few months. In that time we have seen huge improvements with form, fundamentals and more importantly with confidence. Coach Thomson has a vast knowledge of the game and a great instructional approach.

Coach Thompson is wonderful. He took are sons swing totally broke it down and had him hitting back on track in the the first 30min . The rest of the time they where able to work on advancing his ability. In just a four week period my sons hitting increased and with more power at the plate . Confidence was the key with coaches added help . Looking forward to spring with coach Thompson works this off season.

Scott Thomson has done an amazing job coaching my two sons (ages 9 & 11)! He is well versed in the game and we saw immediate improvements with our sons hitting, pitching and catching skills.
