I (Dustin Pease) began giving baseball lessons in my hometown of Baltimore, Maryland in 2007. After moving to Frederick in 2011, the work continued wherever it could. It started in local parks, progressed into rented cages, and eventually led to building our own facilities. What began as one-on-one instruction has grown into something much bigger.

Today, Pease Baseball Professionals is powered by a staff of former professional and high-level collegiate players and coaches who all share the same mission: to develop serious ballplayers through daily standards, accountability, and real instruction rooted in experience.

Our private lessons focus on pitching, hitting, catching, and fielding. Every coach here teaches from real, high-level playing experience and takes a relationship-driven approach to development. We take pride in working with players who enjoy the process, value daily practice, and want to compete at a high level.

About Rates and Membership

Our lesson rates remain consistent year-round, and we do not offer discounted lesson packages. In our experience, most players gain far more value by becoming PBP members.

Membership provides daily access to the facility. Instead of relying solely on a once-a-week lesson, players are able to train consistently in an environment surrounded by professional coaches and motivated athletes. The more time a player spends working with intent, the faster real improvement happens.
