Payment, Cancellation, and 5 Week Month Policies
To make our payment processing quicker and smoother, we are asking that payments be made by the 3rd week of the current month. For example, if it is January, we will need your payment for the month by the start of the 3rd week of January. It allows our staff to plan better and also collect payments in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and don’t hesitate to reach out if there is ever an issue with this. We will gladly work with you.
Additionally, we understand that there will be missed training sessions. These sessions can be made up with a 24 hour notice ahead of time. PBP S&C can no longer accommodate last minute (24 hour or less cancellations) due to the demand of training we are experiencing. This is to allow consideration of others wanting to schedule and have available slots as well as being respectful of the coaches time.
Lastly, when a 5 week month occurs, you are more than welcome to use that 5th week to make up any missed sessions or you can kindly pay for the extra coaching. Either works for our team and we will be glad to assist you. Please message Colby or Dustin if you would like to pay for the additional sessions.
Thank you for your understanding. Look forward to working with you all through 2024 and beyond.
