Payment, Cancellation, and 5 Week Month Policies
To make our payment processing quicker and smoother, we are asking that payments be made by the 3rd week of the current month. For example, if it is January, we will need your payment for the month by the start of the 3rd week of January. It allows our staff to plan better and also collect payments in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and don’t hesitate to reach out if there is ever an issue with this. We will gladly work with you.
Additionally, we understand that there will be missed training sessions. These sessions can be made up with a 24 hour notice ahead of time. PBP S&C can no longer accommodate last minute (24 hour or less cancellations) due to the demand of training we are experiencing. This is to allow consideration of others wanting to schedule and have available slots as well as being respectful of the coaches time.
Lastly, when a 5 week month occurs, you are more than welcome to use that 5th week to make up any missed sessions or you can kindly pay for the extra coaching. Either works for our team and we will be glad to assist you. Please message Colby or Dustin if you would like to pay for the additional sessions.
Thank you for your understanding. Look forward to working with you all through 2024 and beyond.

Colby comes to PBP after interning at Cressey Sports Performance in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and completing his degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Wilson College. Colby grew up in Fort Loudon, PA and plans to reside in Frederick, Maryland. He comes
from an entrepreneurial family that has helped create his strong work ethic. Maun played high
school baseball at Shalom Christian Academy and finished the school strikeout leader with over
300 strikeouts. He furthered his education at Frederick Community College and was a part of
team of a team that lead the nation in strikeouts that went 20-0 in conference play. The following
year the team went 17-3 in conference play and won the region. After his time at FCC, he
finished his career at Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA due to a UCL injury (Tommy John)
14 pitches into his sophomore year.
Colby wants to use his experience of overcoming adversity to impact his athletes. He has a passion for sports since age 4 and always knew he would use sports to impact the next generation. Colby’s enthusiasm to change lives was reinforced when he tore his UCL. His love for exercise and sport science was just beginning. During his recovery from his UCL surgery, Colby had some life changing experiences of working with the world renowned sports medicine team at Andrews Sports Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Dugas, the physician who works with American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI), where he is the director for the ASMI Sports Medicine Fellowship Program, and conducts research to develop and improve the Internal Brace surgery. Colby’s faith in waiting for the next door and opportunity to open was just beginning.
