Summership:

Our facility will NOT be used for rentals. We will not rent tunnel time under any circumstance to non member entities during our operational hours. We are a members only, player development operation. No access area will be used for private instruction and PBP programs. This will consist of two, 70 foot length cages with pitching mounds. If our instructors are not using these areas, they will be accessible by members given our permission. In the event that PBP adds more programs, tools, items, or technology to the facility, members will have access to these items. Our goal is to provide our members a place to get all of their training done under one roof.
Facility Rules and Culture:
Our facility thrives on culture and community. Since our memberships will be limited in nature, it is important that our members work together, make use of the space together, and work efficiently in times where more members may be present at the same time. Our goal is to make any visit a member makes to the facility a productive and efficient one, regardless of the time they decide to come in and practice. Our goals and vision will work to create a sound and fun practice environment, while giving players that additional peer group and sense of community within something we all love, baseball. We will introduce all members to activities that can be done within our space so that they have multiple options of activities to do, if they need to shortly wait to use a certain space. TIME is the biggest piece of this equation, and our solution to this equation is to give you multiple hours a day, 7 days a week, to get your work and practice in. This means you could spend hours a day at our facility. We plan to help our players work.
(2)Parents are permitted to use the space to assist in practice (aka catch or throw batting practice), should players want to do similar activities.
(3)If a member has no other member to play catch with, a parent is permitted to assist training. However, we will prefer if players want to just play catch, to do so with other members to maximize productivity.
(4)Trackman use needs to be scheduled if you wish to use for a specific visit.
(5)Players can have as many free drinks as they wish, so long as we are stocked with drinks.
(6)Players are not required to take a certain amount of lessons during their contract period. Scheduling lessons with our instructors will remain the same during membership. Wintership members do not get discounts on Strength and conditioning programming or private lesson cost.
(7)Players will have access to our weight room and training equipment during operational hours.
(8)Hack Attack Junior will be available to use for members permitting space /setup area is open.
(9)Pitchers are permitted to bring catchers with them to catch for bullpen sessions. Catchers who are not members are not permitted to use the facility except to catch their pitcher.
(10) Summership members are allowed guest passes. $25 per visit / per guest. Paid to Dustin Pease via Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, cash, or check.
Contract:
Our Summerships consist of your respective university’s Summer break schedule. Contract is to be paid in full prior prior to first day of use.

Summerships contracts are binding and non refundable. A contract may be transferred or ‘sold’ by you to another player in the event of (1) serious injury prohibiting training accompanied with Dr. note.
